烧魔鬼鱼与乌贼

这个不用教了吧，呵呵。
不过这次我们又是用烘炉啦~
惨，我这几天好像都在为烘炉打广告。
准备好材料，置入250度的烘炉烘烤20分钟。
就有热辣辣的烧鱼与烧乌贼吃啦！
最重要的材料就是妈咪特制的Sambal，赞！
开动咯！
